immaculate room amazing location
My stay featured a beautiful double room, and it was immaculate. The location is seriously amazing. Walking to the metro was quick. The Emirates Mall is practically next door, too!
The television remote took a little bit to figure out. It was not super intuitive.

solid stay near the mall
helpful staff beach transfer convenient location
i found the staff helpful throughout my stay they promptly addressed all my requests. i appreciated the complimentary transfer to the beach it was a nice perk. the hotel's proximity to the mall made shopping and dining quite convenient.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom but it didn't really affect my stay.

the beautiful double room included comfortable twin beds it also had a spacious layout. complimentary beach transfer was available which was great for morning trips to the beach.

the hotel features a wellness area including a sauna and jacuzzi. the gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area is available from early morning to late evening.

breakfast offered many options including both western and local dishes. the cafe had a selection of foods available throughout the day. room service was prompt and affordable .

the hotel is near the mall of emirates and the metro station. this allowed for easy access to various points of interest. it provided convenient transportation options for exploring the city.

malfunctioning room cards artificial orange juice
the room cards barely worked , requiring frequent re-activation. it was really frustrating , especially late at night. also , the orange juice at breakfast tasted artificial , almost like sugary water with minimal fruit flavor.
